Number of People in a Group
Groups minimums are generally 10-20 people, depending on the event. They can be friends, colleagues, associates, family or any number of people that want to see the show together.
Group discounts vary per show, but typically offer a savings per ticket or a free ticket for a certain amount purchased. They include great seats and you are able to sit together as a group to gain maximum enjoyment from the event.
Contact the Group Sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org for group minimums, dates, times and pricing. There is one $5 handling fee per group order but you won’t have to pay the normal per ticket service fees. You’ll also receive personalized service when placing your order. Tickets can be reserved by giving the Group Representative a credit card to hold your order while you organize your group. Typically a mutually agreed upon deadline will be set for payment and this allows you to make additions and subtractions to your group while reserving great seats.
Group Ticket Order Deadlines
Order deadlines vary by show. Typically the deadline is 48-72 hours prior to the event, however, please ask your Group Representative.
Paying for Group Tickets
Once you have reserved your tickets you can make a payment with one credit or debit card. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted. Only company or organization checks will be accepted with payment arrangements made prior to the event date. Cash or drop off payments must be scheduled in advance also.
Getting Your Tickets
Once you have paid for your tickets, your tickets will be mailed to the group coordinator to be distributed to the entire group as long as the event is one week from purchase date. For tickets purchased less than one week out from the event or by special arrangement, tickets can be picked up in person or left at will call for the day of the event to be picked up under one person’s name to be distributed to the rest of the group.
Refunds, Exchanges and Lost Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the event cancels or postpones, a full refund will be available.
Free Child Admittance
This varies depending on the event. However, the general rule is that children 2 and under are free but must sit on someone’s lap. Please ask your Group Sales Representative.
The Tacoma Dome has catered reception suites available prior to events for hosting that special function, including birthday parties, anniversaries and casual work and friendly gatherings.
Additional Group Offerings
Occasionally there are group clinics or lectures especially for groups. They usually include an early entry and specific entrance information which will be given to the group leader at the time of purchase.
