Ticket On-Sales
For most on-sales we will use the random ticket policy.  The purpose of the random number distribution is to insure that all customers have the same chance of being first in line, eliminating the need to camp out. This policy also helps to insure customer safety and provides for effective crowd control. A numbered ticket does not guarantee you a ticket...only a place in line.

To Purchase Tickets Please Read the Following Instructions:
- Sequentially numbered tickets will be issued approximately (1/2) hour prior to the designated sale time. If you arrive after numbered tickets have been issued, you must go to the "late line" behind those with numbered tickets.
- ONE numbered ticket per customer.
- You must be 12 years or older and able to complete a transaction to receive a numbered ticket.
- A numbered ticket does not guarantee you a ticket, only a place in line.
- Your numbered ticket will only be honored at the Ticket Center where you received it.
- Numbered tickets are non-transferable.
- The starting number will be announced immediately after the last numbered ticket is handed out.
- The starting number will be drawn randomly by a customer. The customer holding the ticket that matches the starting number drawn will be the first in line (i.e. if #'s 1-100 were issued and number 10 was drawn, the line would start with 10, then 11, 12, 13 through 100, then 1-9).
- When the starting number is announced, the line will shift accordingly.
- Anyone who receives a numbered ticket has a chance to be first in line
- There is no need to camp out. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by the above policies.

Please click on the Arena Calendar and then click on the specific event you are interested in to find out if we will be using the random number policy for your event.
